This is a ramp finishing salt that is made from locally harvested “Appalachian” ramps! I’ve used a pink Himalayan salt to give you added minerals as you flavor your meal! Ramps are a cross between garlic and onions, so a VERY strong flavor comes through in a small amount! I hope you enjoy this slice of taste from our home! 🌄
